Skin booster treatments at Olive Skin & Aesthetics deliver deep hydration and radiance by injecting micro-doses of hyaluronic acid directly into the dermis. We use this technique to improve skin quality from within, providing a dewy, plump complexion that topical products alone cannot achieve.
Unlike traditional fillers that add volume, skin boosters attract and retain moisture at a cellular level, smoothing fine crepey lines and enhancing overall luminosity. The treatment is suitable for the face, neck, décolletage, and hands.

A topical numbing cream is applied for 20 minutes prior to treatment. The session takes approximately 20–30 minutes and involves multiple superficial micro-injections using a fine needle or cannula across the treatment zone.
We use a point-by-point injection grid or linear threading technique to ensure even product distribution. The chosen skin booster (such as Profhilo or Juvéderm Volite) spreads beneath the skin to hydrate a wide area from just a few injection points, minimising discomfort.
- Immediately after: Small raised blebs or bumps are visible at injection points; these flatten within hours.
- Day 1: Mild redness and occasional pinpoint bruising; skin may feel slightly tight as hydration takes effect.
- Day 2–3: Any bumps and redness resolve; skin begins to feel softer and more supple.
- Week 2–4: Collagen stimulation commences; a noticeable glow and improved texture develop.
- Month 1–2: Second session of the initial course is performed (typically 2–3 sessions, 4 weeks apart) for cumulative benefits.
